Access is gated, on purpose.
We cannot show you opportunities on a public page. Doing so would turn a private placement into a public offer and create a genuine legal problem for the business raising money.
Who can participate today
Pathway One is open to experienced private investors who complete KYC and are invited into a specific offer. Participation is by named invitation under Section 42 — there is no open subscription and no public book.
Accredited Investor status
SEBI restricts Angel Fund participation to Accredited Investors. An individual qualifies on any one of the following, certified by a SEBI-recognised accreditation agency:
- Annual income of ₹2 crore or more; or
- Net worth of ₹7.5 crore or more, at least half in financial assets, excluding your primary residence; or
- Annual income of ₹1 crore or more together with net worth of ₹5 crore or more
Criteria are set by SEBI and may change. Accreditation is granted by the agency, not by us. Verify current requirements before relying on them.
Not sure if you qualify?
The Accredited Investor checker works out which of SEBI’s three tests you meet, if any. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to us.
What we do and do not do
- We do assess businesses, prepare files, document properly and make introductions
- We do not recommend investments, advise on suitability, or manage anyone's portfolio
- We do not hold your money at any point
- We do not guarantee, underwrite or protect any part of your capital
Read this before you register
- Investments in unlisted businesses can lose their entire value. Commit only what you can afford to lose completely.
- These holdings are illiquid. There may be no buyer when you want to exit, and no timeline for one.
- No return is assured, indicated or implied at any point, by anyone, on our behalf.
- Diligence reduces risk. It does not remove it. Every decision is yours alone.
- Nothing on this website is investment advice or a recommendation.
- We have no completed exits and no track record. Being early means accepting an unproven process.
- Proximity improves your information. It does not make a local business safe.
A fair question: if this is so risky, why do it at all? Because the same features that create the risk — illiquidity, small size, no public market — are why these businesses are underfunded in the first place. Investors who understand that and size their commitment accordingly are the ones this is built for. Investors looking for a safe yield should buy something else, and we will tell them so.
